sooo close to Logan-yet a world away! (only 15 min.’s!). Charming Craftsman style 1914 farmhouse. A brisk walk to Mack Park, Smithfield and Birch Canyons, and Summit Creek. Fish at Summit Creek, Third dam, or Cooks pond. Relax at the close by springs. A quick drive to Cherry Peak resort for skiing, boarding, snowmobiling, tubing, parasailing, paragliding,or to catch a concert! We are down the street from Birch Creek golf course. A bus stop right out from will quickly zip you here from Logan! The main floor is basically your space. There are 2 separate bedrooms and a couch for couch surfing if you need more space. There is 1 bathroom on this floor. So, if you only rent 1 room, you could possibly be sharing with another party. Unless only 1 room happens to be rented. We have our own upstairs. There is a common kitchen and exercise room as well. The main floor. Outside for relaxing and grilling. Due to current viral concerns interaction will be limited. Feel free to message though because we are almost always on the property. Quiet family neighborhood. Church around the corner. Walking distance to Mack park. Minutes drive to Smithfield and Birch canyons, Summit Creek, Birch Creek golf course. Chambers, Gittins, and Hopkins Springs. 20 minutes to Cherry Creek resort. McDonalds to sit down family restaurants nearby. Historical sites. Places to go fishing or canoeing. We rent out both. You can walk to the park for a picnic, the canyon roads, or the creek. Drive for the places a little farther. Rent bikes from us if that’s what you like. It’s up to you.
