Is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood! You have access to all the utilities in the house ... We always want to make you feel welcome and comfortable while you stay at our place! This location is in the middle of McAllen and Brownsville, so it has an amazing location to move around the lower valley. Also the house is like 5min away from the express, easy and fast access to anywhere you need to go. *2 ROOMS FOR GUEST EXACT PICTURES OF PROPERTY ON HERE* Pretty house, with all the utilities appropriate to guests needs, full kitchen, laundry room, quiet place, very clean and following covid protocol. 2ROOMS available for our guest. 1 queen bed and one double bed We have a very sophisticated system of security cameras for high priority safety of our guests(only in the exterior). Big back patio, smoke free outside the house I am a very sociable person, and i always like to make some time of conversation to make them feel welcome and comfortable. Is a very nice neighborhood, and very quiet Parking can be on the side of the road or the drive way on the house The reservation will be only for the amount of people that will be approved on the reservation. That means that if you reserve for one person you can not bring an extra guest even for a day if its not on the agreement on your reservation... If you break this rule, there will be a cancellation no matter how long is your stay for and no money back. Penalty will be applied if the reservation is not accurate for the amount of guest
