*Summary* Welcome to your home away from home! Leigh's friendship room is a private room for rent within a larger home. Besides the room all other areas in the home are communal spaces. The Leigh's Friendship Room is located on the first floor of the house off from the main communal spaces The room includes a queen size bed with your own in room private full bathroom, smart TV for streaming your favorite streaming apps and a kitchennette with all your basic needs if you prefer to not use the communal kitchen area. High-Speed Internet is included. This unit is one of 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs on the main floor. Guest enter through the shared back door enterance and must walk through the downstairs communal area before going upstairs to your private room. Please be respectful of other guest and clean up after yourself when using the communal spaces. *The Space* This two-story home is rented out by the room to our guest. It features a shared living room, kitchen, two dining areas and an additional sitting area. Guest will park their vehicals in the back parking area and access the home through the back door through the covered back porch. If you are traveling with pets, please keep them leashed when outdoors or in the common spaced areas. The shared kitchen includes full-sized appliances and a washer and dryer in the room off of the kitchen. All of the rooms are individually rented out or you are able to rent multiple rooms. The name of the room you’ve rented is painted on the front of the door. You will have your own key pad lock on your room with a unique access code that only you have. Each private bedroom comes equipped with your own private bathroom, a smart TV and a small kitchenette set up (includes a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, plates and cup). Your bathroom includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and fresh linens. *Guest Access* The main portion of the house is common area. Guest will have full access and use to the main kitchen, dining areas and sitting rooms, but will also be sharing it with other guest who are staying at the house. Please be respectful and clean up after yourself. The BnB offers plenty of parking, in the parking lot behind the house. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep pets leashed when outdoors. *The Neighborhood* The BnB's location is all about efficiency! Located off Main Street you will be located among majority of the shops and restaurants available in Gatesville. Whether your just driving through or coming to Gatesville for buisness or personal travel our home allows you the convience of being centrally located. *Getting Around* Gatesville is not especially pedestrian-friendly, and getting around by car is best. The property is located in the towns Main area so some locations may be walkable, please use caution as Main street can get busy at times. *Other Things to Note* "Thank you for following our house rules. In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure: 1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket. 2. Place all used towels in the black hamper bag or on the bathroom floor. These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation." *Interaction with Guests* This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. In the spirit of social distancing, Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code. Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away! Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
