Guests may use the four bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, enclosed patio, and deck. Guests have access to each level of the home, except the basement. I am just a phone call/text away and short distance from the home during your stay. The home is located in Kingswood neighborhood, a longstanding, diverse Maryland suburb of Washington, DC in historic Prince George’s County. Neighbors have known each other for decades. Shopping centers, restaurants, parks and recreation are within 2-3 miles of the neighborhood. Also, not far from University of Maryland College Park, NASA Goddard Space Center, Six Flags America and FedEx Field. National Harbor on the Potomac River with Gaylord and MGM is a popular attraction nearby. Close to four metro stations (New Carrollton, College Park, Landover, and Greenbelt) with parking for quick access to downtown DC. Also close to Amtrak station (New Carrollton) for easy access to and from Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York. Closest airports are BWI-Marshall and Reagan National (DCA). The home is close to Washington, DC, where many activities occur, from sporting events, FedEx Field and concerts to Smithsonian tours and other activities on the downtown mall.
