Unity House North

The private suite within a house has it own entrance, kitchenette, and full-size bathroom. The unit is furnished with one queen-size bed and one double bed, two dinning tables, a dresser with drawers, and a smart Roku TV. The suite is to be accessed from the backdoor of the house. Due to the pandemic, please bring your cookware or rent disinfected a set from us for $20. Please consider bringing ear plugs as we had a couple of incidents with noises from occasional loud guests in the front unit. It is a non-smoking facility. Guests will be charged $500 for removing the cigarette smell if they smoke in the unit. We use a digital keybox so you can check in and check out on your own. If you have any needs during your stay, you can go to Unity Lodge at 816 Adams Street about two minutes away and speak to the manager there in the office or room 12. It is in the back of the two-unit Unity House just off the Ohio River Scenic Byway within a five-minute drive to the Golconda Marina, the Golconda Food Mart, restaurants, bars, and stores. Many attractions in the Shawnee National Forest and Southern Illinois are within a 30-minute drive.
