Perfect for a contract worker who needs a quiet rest after a long day. The cottage is one room and one private bath: furnished with 1 Full sized bed, recliner, TV, wifi, shower (no tub), Iron & ironing board, small refrigerator, microwave, electric skillet & toaster oven (no stove), coffee pot and utensils. A/C in a window & a heater. Guests have a fenced in and designated parking space. Our shared patio includes a charcoal grill, table and chairs, and a dart board. Owners & managers live on property and we are available via Airbnb & text. Our property has other guests sharing the parking area and the patio. Garfield Park is across the street. There is a grocery store, gas station, laundry mat, and Dixie Dog Drive-in Diner within 5 blocks. The Ponca City RecPlex for exercise/swimming pool is 2.3 miles. Ponca City has the Pioneer Woman Museum & Standing Bear Museum and trails, the Marland Mansion, Cann Gardens, and Ponca City Lake & Kaw Lake within a short drive.
