Quiet and secluded bedroom with private bath and hardwood floors, just a 2.3 mile walk from our doorstep to Death Valley. You have your own entrance to this up-to-date in-law suite so you come and go as you please. Reserved off street parking for one car plus lots of street parking for additional cars or larger vehicles. Our house was built in 1948 and was one of the very first ones in the Briarwood neighborhood. The neighborhood has very little traffic as it does not have any through streets so it is only residents and visitors that pass by the house. The CAT bus picks up from across the street. Clemson has Uber (almost all the time). Just a 30 minute walk to the stadium/downtown. One reserved parking spot in front of the garage. Lots of on-street parking along the fence.
