Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required. We have local antenna tv channels only ( about 20). Cell phone service in the area but varies in signal strength, there is a house phone or you can enable wifi calling. Winter snow days you will need 4WD or AWD. We are right next door if you need us for anything. Government ID required to book. Guests can let themselves in with keypad access and additional contact info will be available when reservation is comfirmed. No additonal guests , Visitors are allowed but only a few ( max.4) at a time and they must be off the property between 10pm and 7am. Government ID is required to book, All guests names( first and last) are required, vehicle descriptions required. We are within 20 Minutes of Dawes Arboretum, Ledgend Valley Music Center and Dillon State Park .There is Kayak access for the Licking River just 4 miles North. National Trails Raceway is about 17 miles west. No Public Transportation . You will need a vehicle. We are on a hill so if there is snow you will need a AWD or 4WD vehicle.
