We do have air conditioning for those people who prefer that, although most of us love the feel of the natural breezes. Modern design mingles with traditional island materials, such as rich teak wood, bamboo and lava rock. Huge glass sliding doors allow for a panorama view of the ocean. The house is furnished with luxury tropical items, including a huge double sectional couch that sits 8, local Hawaiian made art and top of the line bedding and mattresses. Flat screen TVs with cable are included, as well as WiFi throughout, even on the lanai. There is a brand new Smart TV, 55in. equipped with free Netflix, and Wifi. The privacy makes it ideal for celebrities and CEOs who want to remain secluded. The gourmet kitchen has marble counters and all latest appliances. Outdoor dining on the lanai watching the waves and the birds while you barbecue and sip cool drinks! In addition we have an outdoor h/c shower which perfectly reflects our idea of barefoot luxury. Sleeping Arrangements: Upstairs Master Bedroom- King Bed, entire second floor contains master bedroom, full bathroom with huge shower/bath and walk in closet. A deck runs along the whole outside with beautiful view of the surf, especially check out Velzeyland which is steps away. Downstairs Second Master- King Bed, with additional pull out couch, attached bathroom with shower/bath tub Bedroom 1- Queen Bed, attached bathroom with shower Bedroom 2- Queen Bed, attached bathroom with shower Each bedroom has access to it's own lanai/deck. Sleep with only the screen doors closed and wake up to the sound of the waves and the birds singing. We have children's sand toys, beach chairs, plastic wading pool. Charming old town of Haleiwa is 15 min. away with shops and restaurants 10 minutes to the east is the world famous Turtle Bay Resort, where you can find 5- star restaurants, a top notch spa and salon, one of the best golf courses in Hawaii, tennis courts,snorkeling, surfing lessons, scuba diving lessons, horseback riding and swimming pools. 15 minutes to the west is historic Haleiwa town. There you can find restaurants, food trucks, local artist galleries, markets and excellent shopping, as well as essentials like banks, grocery stores and pharmacies. Honolulu is only 45 minutes to the south, featuring all the museums, cultural centers, and world famous beaches of Waikiki. Tour the Pearl Harbor museum to take a stroll through history, or visit the Honolulu Zoo. Haunama Bay State Park is the best snorkeling spot on the entire island. Second best is our own Sharks Cove which is 5 minutes away. This is a wonderful house for families to share as each bedroom is totally private, while the living spaces are open and large and inviting for the whole group to share, with views of the ocean!
