Gallatin River Fly Fishing; Sleep Under the Stars
Stay on the banks of beautiful Gallatin River and Cottonwood Creek - fly fishing by day; falling asleep under a blanket of stars to the sounds of the nearby riffles by night. Two heavy-duty canvas tents provide accommodations for up to five guests (four adults max). Our Main canvas wall tent has a king size cot or two XL twin cots (just let us know what best suites your group). All bedding and linens are provided. The Main Tent also has a desk, armoire for clothing/gear storage, coat rack and hooks; and dining table for three to four guests. A supply of fresh water and ice (in an ice chest), coffee/tea/cocoa/cider is provided as well as dishes and cookware. A small propane heater is provided for cool evenings. On the Main Tent's spacious deck is an oversized, three-burner propane Camp Chef Pro-90 grill, which includes a two-burner grill box, cast iron cookware, grill tools, and percolator kettle. Also on the deck is a propane fire pit and outdoor dining table and chairs. To cap it off, the deck of the Main Tent looks out over a perfectly tree-framed view of the Bridger Mountain Range. (*Add'l photos coming soon*) A few yards away from the Main Tent, the Sleeping Tent has two XL twin cots (appropriate for adults) and one smaller twin cot. The Sleeping Tent also has storage for clothing and gear. (Add'l photos coming soon*) The Other amenities include a private outdoor shower and sink area *with hot water* tucked under the bows of a Cottonwood grove. (Biodegradable soap/shampoo, lotion, towels, washcloths, and dish towels provided.) An barn wood outhouse is situated nearby. A few short yards away from the Tent Site is a communal one-room cabin for use by all guests staying on property and includes a small wood burning stove, table and chairs, and rocking chairs on the porch. An outdoor fire pit overlooks the water. One parking space is provided at the Tent Site; if more parking is required, additional vehicles may park at the Main Lodge and walk or carpool to the Tent Site. *Please note, we do operate a fly fishing lodge, B and B, and vacation rental business on the shared 30 acres.
