In the leafy Beaujolais, just 1 km on foot from the beach of the Lac des Sapins (ecological swimming lake), totally detached house with garden in a small dead end at the heart of the village. Perfect to enjoy a peaceful stay, near shops & services in town yet. Very comfortable, interior with character. Raised ground floor : hall, open kitchen (dining area), open living room (lounge & dining areas), shower room, wc, laundry room. Upstairs (stairs with safety gates) : hall, 3 bedrooms (double bed), (double bed + cot), (3 single beds), bathroom, WC. Outdoors : courtyard, small unclosed garden with flowers, gas-fired barbecue/plancha. Extra charge for electric heating : 8 euros/day from 16/03 to 25/05 and from 27/09 to 20/12.
