The Grand Balcony of the Park

This gîte adjoining another gîte boasts a large kitchen, a sitting/dining room, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a family bedroom with a double bed and single bed in a small adjoining bedroom, a shower room and a toilet. The courtyard and the garden are share but the terrace is private. Fuel oil central heating and electricity are included. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: on the road of the Balcon du Parc National overlooking the region of the great lakes of Orient, close to the highest point allowing to see the Forêt d'Orient. The Nigloland Park is at only 35km. This gîte is situated in the region of the Grands Lacs, at 10km from Troyes and its factory outlets, 7km from Lusigny sur Barse at 5 minutes from a shopping centre with restaurants and shops.
