ED Ref. 79131 4-room apartment - 110m² - Old school house - separate entrance. They live in the "old school house" of a former village school from the year 1882. The house has been completely restored with great attention to detail. In 2004 our apartment with 110m² and a separate entrance was built. The spacious 4-room apartment is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the cozy kitchen (stove with oven, refrigerator, large dining table) the living room, a separate bedroom for 1 person, and an additional toilet. The teacher used to live in the upper floor, today there is the bathroom (toilet, bath incl. Shower) a bedroom with bunk beds for 2 persons and a bedroom with double bed for 2 persons.  Our house is very centrally located in the Bavarian Forest. By car it is 10 minutes. in Deggendorf. As excursion destinations offer Passau, Regensburg, rain, Spiegelau, the museum village Tittling or the National Park Bavarian Forest. Nearby is the monastery Metten with its famous baroque library and an old castle complex (Egg Castle). The western town of Pullman City is also within easy reach - an adventure for all big and small cowboys. There are some hiking trails starting right at the house. One of them leads to the Hirschpark Buchet, which invites families in particular, as the children can sometimes pet and feed the deer there even without separating fences. Who loves the adventure on the water can borrow canoes and paddle on the rain or the Danube, or just great in our stream creek. The Danube navigation offers trips to Austria. Very special fun is the weekly drive into the sunset with a hearty "Ripperlessen" on board. But whether you come in summer or winter, here is something for everyone. An ice skating rink is located in Deggendorf. Pets are also welcome, but please note that we have cats that roam the grounds. So if you bring your dog, please let him run on the property with appropriate hunting predisposition only on a leash. We hope for your understanding. We are looking forward to your visit.
