Sea front house. Enjoy the sea and explore Athens

The three bedrooms accommodation is located at a quiet seashore. From its balconies it has an excellent view of the Aegean Sea to the North East and of a quiet small port/beach to the South. Enjoy every morning the sun arising from the sea!! Three small beaches, are reached in 2 min on foot. It is fully accommodated and simply decorated, to be practical. It is the first floor of our family vacation home, independent, with outdoor stairs leading to its main entrance. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the WC inside. The second one has two single beds and the third one, a queen size bed . The living room has a sofa that can easily be converted into two single beds. There is an open kitchen.There is also a barbeque and an extra outdoor shower in the courtyard. Parking is available on premises. It’s ideal location, gives the opportunity to relax by the sea, to make sports (a dive center is providing scuba diving training of all levels, guided scuba diving excursions and rental of scuba diving equipment), to explore the nearby islands, the center of Athens (the Acropolis, Plaka, the museums), the Attica Zoo and historic monuments of Attica. The house is located in a small distance from the historic town of Lavrio (7 min by car) and of the ancient Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio (17 km). The magnificent coast of Attica, the center of the city of Athens (60 km/approx. 50 min) , as well as the Athens airport (30 km) are easily reached by car. Possibility for daily trips to nearby islands from the port of Lavrio and Rafina. In Lavrio there are markets, many restaurants serving traditional food, bars and cafe. Very close to the house, there are a mini market and a traditional tavern. Board games, books in greek, english and french will be at my quests' disposal, on the bookcase. Kids are welcomed, under their parents' supervision and responsibility.
