The quiet surroundings and the direct proximity to the coast with various beaches, entertainment centers, golf courses etc. make the location of the apartment unique. The apartment is located on the second floor and accessible by elevator. It consists of a living room with kitchen and two bedrooms. The bathroom is fresh and modern. The other interior of the apartment is also modern. It is fully equipped and includes an air-conditioning system, TV with many international channels and a secure WiFi connection. The kitchen is well equipped with all kitchen utensils and appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle, infrared hob, oven and washing machine. When you arrive the apartment is clean and the beds are made. A one-off amount of € 50 is due for this service and the cleaning and final cleaning upon departure. Electricity according to consumption € 0.25 per kWh. Use of your own parking space in the parking garage and the swimming pool are free.
