The owners and staff are full vaccinated. This finished walk-in basement has been fully renovated to include a home gym, living room, large bedroom, eat-in kitchen, and cute full bathroom. Park at your door! We’re just upstairs so you’ll hear footsteps and we are early risers. Our pugs also make a little noise. Enjoy the convenience of being about 1/8th of a mile from the interstate 81. Just minutes from Downtown Martinsburg with great restaurants, shopping, and culture. Welcome! This unique space is defined by it special touches. Say hello to the fishies at the Koi pond/waterfall when you park. Open the door into a luxurious space curated with a special collection of vinyl and CD's to be played through the HiFi system. The furnishings have been carefully selected to make you feel at home but still in a luxury hotel. A king size Ikea bed awaits in a bedroom space with vintage dressers, handmade desk, and smart TV. Relax over your coffee in the full kitchen full of rich color and quiet comfort. The bathroom with it's cool vibe features fresh white towels, and everything you will need to get the days started. Although the owner lives upstairs, the downstairs Pad on DelMar is its very own, private space that is fully separate from any other space. All of bottom driveway area is for the guest use but not the above driveway. You see us pass and we will be sure to waive and say hello! As your host, we live upstairs but we travel often and are not always home. However, we make sure your every need is met and fulfilled. Just give us a quick call or message and we will respond immediately! The Pad on DelMar is in the best area of Martinsburg. This quiet and lovely neighborhood is one of the most desirable areas to live in. Overlooking the city, it's a beautiful place to rest. Be careful, you might want to stay forever... There is a bus and taxi service in town as well as Uber and Lyft. We have room for as many as 4 cars. This isn't a shared space so make yourself at home. While you are our guests, you are home.
