The house is located in the heart of a small peaceful village in the North of Franche Comté and on the edge of the Vosges. Life takes place on the garden side, the countryside for the horizon and calm assured. The village is worth a stroll, to discover its Comtois bell tower, the blue line of the Vosges, the pretty bridge and the edges of the Lantern. 2 km away are all the shops and services you may need and a multitude of varied activities are available a few kilometers away! Inside, the rooms are distributed over 2 levels: The day part, on the ground floor, consists of a large very functional kitchen, fully equipped, a dining room with stereo, a friendly living room with television, a bathroom, a cellar, separate WC and a bedroom with sink area. The sleeping area, upstairs, consists of 3 very spacious 20 m2 bedrooms: A bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200+ 1 bed 90 x 190 and sink area A bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 A bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 + 1 bed 90 x 200 A bathroom with shower, bath, 2 sinks and WC Outside the garden facing due South and directed towards the countryside has 2 levels, one of which is on one level with the house and well fenced. A dining area is equipped with a large table and matching seats, parasol and a gas barbecue on a rolling table .. this material can be transferred to the shelter and always outside, depending on the weather .. The grassed part of the garden is equipped with a garden furniture, a coffee table, armchairs, deckchairs and a deckchair.
