Cozy and comfortable 2 story family home near Atlanta airport, shopping, major highways, restaurants, movies and more. Just 23 miles of the Mercedes Benz Stadium; 15 mins from ATL International Airport; CNN and Georgia Aquarium - 22miles; Clayton County International Park - 2.9 miles; restaurants within 5-10 min drive. Downtime activities : pool table; Firestick and Apple TV. **We offer 10% discount to Veterans, First Responders & Teachers-Current ID required** The home is clean and very spacious. We are COVID-19 ready and also include an air-purifiers for our guest(s) stay. The room are sizable and comfortable with plenty of clean linens. All bedrooms have flat screens with Firestick, and the family room has Apple TV. The dining and kitchen are both for eating. Our home is for sleeping comfort only. It's not our desire for ANY parties, or other social events inside our home other than the normal everyday family living. Guest have access to all common areas with exception of the garage and master bedroom closet that are not accessible. An area in the master bedroom is prepared for your garments, etc. The back patio and driveway for parking. Available from 8 am-9 pm via voice contact. Text or email 24 hours. Concerns after 9 pm will be addressed no later than 9 am the following day. Emergencies will be addressed immediately. We are a diverse and friendly neighborhood. It is quiet and peaceful. The Clayton County International Beach is a unique landmark full of enjoyment for the entire family and friends. There are miles of trails to walk, bike riding, picnic areas, and children playground. The water pools and senior citizens center is at a small cost. The center has a work out room, swimming pool, and lunch on site for a small price. A tennis court is in the area but a price is associate with use. Events are held throughout the year. An $100 cleaning fee will be charged for all reservations. NO ADDITIONAL GUEST allowed in the property. Violation of the house rules will result in a $500.00 fee and an additional $15.00 per person. If the grill is used, it must be cleaned and covered, otherwise a violation charge will be assessed at $30. Please remove your shoes upon entering the home and be careful with food and drinks on the carpet. Slippers will be provided to be worn INSIDE ONLY. Please treat our home as your home away from home for the duration of your stay, especially during these uncertain times. Clean up after yourselves and be respectful of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Finally, let us remind you that if damages are found you will be subject to charges. We look forward to your stay!
