You’ll enter the central entrance hall with original mural paintings from where you can access the bright living room with elegant antique furniture, sofas, desk and veranda-style sitting corner, a cosy TV room, a dining room with table seating 8 people, WC, laundry room, and a very charming kitchen which opens out to an outdoor garden terrace shaded by plane and palm trees with a garden table, barbecue and pizza oven. – The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a panoramic terrace: one bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with tub, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower, and bathroom with tub. – On the lower ground floor you’ll find another comfortable living room and two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds, a bathroom with tub and a separate entrance opening directly out into the garden. The villa is located on a hill slope within a large private green park (8000 m²) with garden and lawn, several outdoor terraces, a swimming pool area with sun loungers and a pool chalet with fridge to keep the drinks cool! The Neighborhood: Situated in the small village of Brisino, this one of a kind villa is located 3 km from the town of Stresa, the most popular tourist destination on Lake Maggiore. Stresa faces the famous Borromean Islands so just hop on any ferry to discover the enchanting beauty of Lake Maggiore.
