Studio apartment in a serene and beautiful country setting.

The studio has a private entrance and a fully equipped kitchen; the comfortable bed sleeps two. A foldout (twin) bed for an adult or older child can be added for a fee, or bring your own baby/infant cot at no additional charge. There is a large closet inside the unit, and more storage space in a hallway closet The bathroom features a shower and a bluetooth speaker in the ceiling fan to play your favorite music or podcasts while you are getting ready. There is a 57-inch TV with Chromecast. We provide high-speed internet for our guests, but NO cable. We have horses, dogs and cats on the farm. Guests may bring their well-behaved dog or cat if they are spayed or neutered. They must like cats as mine are partly outdoors, and, for their own safety, cannot chase the horses. Bring your own horse (for an additional fee) and enjoy the many equestrian trails in the area. We are also less than a mile from the Potomac Hunt Club. Woodstock Equestrian Center in Dickerson is just a short trailer ride away. If you are an avid cyclist, we have many tranquil country roads around the farm that are popular with cyclists. The farm has ample free parking and garage storage space for the bike(s), upon request. Other outdoor activities in the area include hiking, golfing, and kayaking. The town of Poolesville is about 10 min away. There are dining options, Tractor Supply, Dollar General, and the best hardware store in Montgomery County! Maybe you want to visit some of the local wineries in Maryland and Virginia that are well worth it. You can also get your shopping fix at the Outlets in Clarksburg, MD, just 20 minutes from the farm. Clarksburg also has a Harris Teeter, various restaurants, a Montgomery County Liquor Store, etc.
