The family-friendly holiday complex Villaggio Turistico Albatros is located in Marina Julia. The holiday village is located directly on the Adriatic Sea, with a view of the beautiful Gulf of Trieste, in a cultural environment. Villaggio Turistico Albatros is located right next to the nature reserve of the "Cona" island. The holiday complex with its many possibilities is ideal for everyone who wants to make their vacation active and sporty, but at the same time looking for relaxation for the whole family. The Villaggio Turistico Albatros offers you 2 large pools and 1 children's pool with a small beach, a large, beautifully designed pool area for every taste. You will find an Olympic pool, a pool with a 10-meter diving platform, a beautifully designed children's pool with many water features, a pool with 4 water slides and a river pool. In addition, the resort offers sports tournaments, fitness, beach volleyball, table tennis, basketball and a small soccer field. There is also a mini club, baby dance and playgrounds for younger guests. Wifi included (limited 500MB per person over 16 years). In the heart of the holiday village is the Piazzetta (small square), where the entertainment team organizes the evenings with fun and music. Around the piazzetta there is a bar, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a small supermarket, an information office and an arcade. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holidaymakers. The Villino B / 2763) offers space for max. 5 people. The bungalow consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a single and a bunk bed. The kitchen is in the living area and has a refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, pots, cutlery and dishes. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The terrace and small garden invite you to relax with a table, chairs and a deck chair, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. A satellite TV is available. Travel cot, high chairs, air conditioning and towels are available for a fee (please reserve when booking). A parking space and bed linen with weekly change are included. Grilling is allowed. On request, half or full board can also be booked on site. Travel time from the Italian border approx. 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, since we have several objects of the same house type. ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY In the period from 30. 05.-04. 09. 2020 the arrival and departure day is either Saturday or Sunday (minimum stay 7 nights). In the remaining time, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the day of arrival, check-in is also possible the following day (please notify us prior to arrival). The same applies if you want to leave earlier. Departure is also possible here the day before. However, the rental period / rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. From the holiday complex you can go directly to the beach, where you can rent umbrellas and loungers from June. The sheltered and gently sloping beach is ideal for children and at the same time a paradise for all windsurfing and kitesurfing lovers. It has a beach bar where fresh snacks and cool drinks are served. The complex includes a pool (with Olympic dimensions for the swimmers), a pool with a 10 m high diving platform for the daring and, as well as a pool for a 201'7 newly designed children's pool with a small island and various water features for the youngest children with a small beach A pool with 4 water slides ensures a lot of fun in the water and in the river basin you can easily float on the pneumatic tires. The children's pool is open all season. In the pool restaurant you can have a refreshing drink or a small snack. Loungers (for a fee) and parasols are available around the pool area. LOCATION Overlooking the breathtaking Gulf of Trieste, the Villaggio Albatros holiday village extends over a lush green area of 15 hectares. FAMILY FRIENDLY The sports facilities and playgrounds complete your family vacation perfectly. The animation team also provides entertainment for young and old. Travel cot and high chair can be borrowed for a fee (please register when booking). LEISURE AND SPORTS If you want to do sports on vacation, you are spoiled for choice: table tennis, fitness room, beach volleyball and three swimming pools, a great pool area (Olympic, diving and children's pools) are available. The following are available for a fee: two red sand tennis courts, soccer field, mini golf, swimming lessons and a windsurfing and kite surfing school on the beach. In the complex there is also the possibility to rent bicycles. SHOPPING In the resort there is a mini market with a bazaar and a newspaper shop. More shopping opportunities are available in nearby Monfalcone. A market takes place in Monfalcone once a week. CATERING The mobile home has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery and pots and a fridge with freezer. In the complex there is a restaurant, pizzeria, bar and an ice cream parlor. You can of course also use half or full board. You are welcome to book these on site (advance booking is not necessary). PETS2 small pets up to max. 20kg are welcome and must be announced when booking. It has a dog park where the four-legged friends can let off steam. LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGSMarina Julia is located next to Grado in the north of the beautiful Adriatic coast directly on the Gulf of Panzano. The sandy beach invites you to linger with the bars and kiosks. Active vacationers can try kitesurfing or windsurfing on the beach. In Marina Julia you will find countless restaurants and cafés to end the day nicely. Friuli is known for its wine-growing areas and the excellent white wines. A visit to the nearby city of Trieste is worthwhile. There you can visit Piazza dell’Unità d’Italia, the Opera House, Miramar Castle or the old town. In Trieste you should visit one of the many coffee houses and enjoy a good coffee. For those who prefer things a little wilder, the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano is recommended. A visit to the nearby town of Monfalcone is definitely worth it. Explore the World War I theme park or the city's landmark, the medieval castle. The Friuli region is ideal for extensive hikes in the beautiful surroundings.
