The bath has been updated - with modern tile and glass breathing new life into the space - including an oversized walk-in shower. A home that offers the best of old and new in a space that is stylish and comfortable for 2 guests (or a couple w/child). Outside - huge original barns, bluestone patios and a nearby wetlands and stream give the outdoor space an instant country feel. Pet fee is $40 per pet per day. No parties or events allowed. The Old Chatham Sheepherding Company is also located in Old Chatham. Close by, the village of Chatham, NY is filled with independently-owned, one-of-a-kind retail stores, restaurants and galleries. Our quintessential rural upstate New York community is open, friendly, and welcoming.
