Spacious Apt with 2 Large BRs near Quantico

You'll feel right at home in our clean and spacious basement apartment. One huge bedroom has a king sized bed and a twin bed, and the other has a queen sized bed. The large family room has comfortable couches, a big screen TV with Firestick, and a fireplace. The dining area seats four, and the kitchen has an oven, stove, and microwave, and is stocked with pots and dishes. This basement apartment has approximately 1600 square feet all for your private use. This private space includes a family room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. It has a separate entrance reached by a well-lit path from driveway parking thru the gate and down a wide set of stairs. Inside, the apartment is separated by a locked door from the upstairs where we live. You will have private access to a large family room, a kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, pots, pans and dishes, a dining room, a bathroom, and two very large bedrooms. A Pack 'n Play is available if you are traveling with a baby. I am usually home upstairs and can help you find what you need. However, there is a locked door between our apartments, so I will not be sharing any of your space. The wooded neighborhood is safe, quiet and secluded, yet minutes from shopping and access to I-95. A Neighborhood Walmart is 1.7 miles away, and many restaurants can be found within four miles. You will need a car to get around. There is plenty of room to park your car in the driveway close to your entrance, and there are no concerns about getting trapped behind or in front of other cars. The sights in Washington D.C. are approximately 45 miles away. The back gate at Quantico is less than 6 miles away. Activities on base are approximately 15 miles and 25 minutes away. If you have 3+ people, you can travel I-95 in the HOV lanes, making the commute much more pleasant. Let me know if you want more information about traveling in HOV! All of the sheets and towels will be washed and replaced just before you arrive. If the linens need to be washed again before your departure, please let me know. I also provide body wash, nice shampoo, and conditioner. No need to worry about carrying liquids in your luggage!
