There is a dining area with seating for 12 people, and comfortable seating areas ... one with a big screen TV. This property is ideal for family gatherings, couples' getaways, small wedding receptions or small group retreats. All furnishings, decor, beds and amenities are new. This home was created to bring comfort to you and your loved ones. When you rent the ranch you essentially have access to the entire home. There is another house in the back so the driveway is shared. A maximum of 4 cars can park in the driveway at a time. You bring your own food, favorite games, books and DVD's ... we provide all linens, cookware, dinner ware, dishwasher, gas grill, large refrigerator, large screen TV with cable service, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, etc. Lots of beautiful landscape to enjoy over our 5 acre gentleman's ranch for exploring.
