New home located close to I5 and Ilani Casino

Two level family home in quiet new development. 2 Minutes from i5, ten minute drive from Ilani casino, multiple wineries, taprooms & breweries within 3 miles. Community features a playground, running trail and basketball court. 24 miles from downtown Portland and 23 miles from PDX airport. Ten minute drive from Sleep Country Amplitheater, minutes from Ridgefield wildlife refuge where you can bird watch, kayak the waterways or simply relax. This is a two level home, with 2 bedrooms, an office, and two full bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs features a kitchen, living area and half bathroom. Due to the home being two stories, it is not wheel chair accessible. You can park two cars in the driveway, and then street parking is first come first serve! You can text or call me anytime and I will have a qualified representative available should you need in person help. Many of our guests have used Uber very successfully, but within the last year on two occasions we have heard that the GPS that Lyft uses takes the guests to the wrong side of the freeway. Please take into consideration if you plan to use Lyft and we will happily provide very specific directions to the home for you. This is a nice, new, but very minimal home. It will most likely not be the right place for you if you're looking for a "theme" in every room, books & board games to play during your stay, or a spacious yard and patio with many outdoor activities. In fact, the back yard is unfinished (as are many in this community since it is still being developed.) You should know that they have recently started construction on the home next door to us, so depending on when you stay there could be construction noise. If you're looking for a home that is an experience in and of itself, this might not be the one for you. If you're looking for a new, simple, clean place to rest your head while you visit the casino, hit a concert, or check out some local breweries/wineries then this is absolutely the spot for you! We have a master bedroom ft. a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full size bed and a twin bed, and we also offer a twin size rollaway bed. There is a TV with Direct Tv downstairs, but there are no TV's in the bedrooms. We also are excited to entertain longer term stays if that is something you're looking for. We offer a washer & dryer and high speed internet making this home a wonderful option if you're working from home/traveling for work.
