Modern fully equipped 2-bed apartment

Our apartment is located in a central but quiet and breezy west coast neighbourhood backing on to the exclusive Millennium Heights gated development. The apartment is 4mins walking distance to supermarkets, shops and restaurants and just 10mins drive to the closest beaches; Batts Rock Bay, Paynes Bay, Sandy Lane beach. We live in the main house attached to the aptmt, available as much as you need us to be, but of course you'll have full privacy throughout your stay. We can't wait to host you! We will have a welcome pack on your arrival with basic amenities to see you through your first evening if you want to just get in and relax. In the bedrooms you'll find both a/c and ceiling fans as well as good wardrobe and draw space and vanity. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances and kitchen equipment. There is a laundry area at the rear of the kitchen that has additional cupboard space and a washing machine. Cleaning is once a week. All towels and linen will be washed as well as a full clean of the apartment. Double doors from the living area lead to the patio and garden that has a four seater dining set as well as two sun loungers. Our property is fully enclosed with ample grassed garden space, ideal for families of all ages. Wifi is available throughout. My name is Caroline and my husband is Damien, we live onsite in the main property and are therefore available during your whole stay with us. We'd be more than happy to answer any questions you have at anytime. Of course, if you don't need us for anything, that is absolutely fine and we just look forward to welcoming you here on the island, and to your home from home, for the duration of your stay. There is a local shopping complex just 4 minutes walking distance away and another one about 15 minutes walk away. The closet, The Walk, is a new and modern complex and includes a food court with great indoor and outdoor dining space, a card & gifts shop, 2 x supermarkets, 2 x hardware / lifestyle shops, an electronics shop, bank, Chefette (Barbados' answer to McDonald's), Payless (U.S shoe shop), a couple of clothing stores, a food van serving delicious crepes, waffles and ice cream, and our favourite, a convenient coffee shop (called Coffee Bean) with wifi available. You'll likely want to hire a car for the duration of your stay, we would highly recommend this to get the best from visiting the island. My husband has a tourist boat so if you choose to, you can organise your boat tours, fishing trips or any other watersports, directly with him and of course, our guests get a discount on normal rates. We can also help you organise your hired car and / or taxi trips right from the time you land to your departure, if you need.
