East Ballabane Farmhouse

East Ballabane is a traditional Manx farmhouse overlooking the north of the Isle of Man, as well as the Ayres Nature Reserve. The area is excellent for walking, cycling, and bird-watching. The house is beautifully furnished featuring original fireplaces. There is a large conservatory, and an Aga cooker. There are three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single, a spacious bathroom plus a separate shower room with WC. The farmhouse is set in an enclosed courtyard, which is a real suntrap. It also provides plenty of space for parking. There is a garden in front of the property with a picnic bench and bbq area. You can also enjoy shared use of the large tree lined lawn that is ideal for games and more picnics! There are wonderful beaches 5 minutes away in either direction, and there is also a golf course only 5 minutes away. East Ballabane is the perfect spot for walking, bird-watching, cycling, painting, golfing, and for a peaceful family holiday. 2 dogs welcome. Plenty of parking for two cars in the courtyard.
