The villa is split over two floors + pool house and surrounding areas: The top floor has 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (one has a built-in jacuzzi and another one has a hammam/steamroom function). The ground floor has one single bedroom and a pull-out couch as well as a bathroom and the possibility to add a roll-away bed. The pool area has a separate pool-house (kitchen, toilet, dining space etc.) with a WC as well as two outdoor showers, one of which has solar-powered hot water. There is a also a large BBQ area There is parking available on the grounds which can easily fit 4 cars. PLEASE NOTE: For bookings up to 6 people you will receive access to the top floor + the pool house/pool and all surrounding areas. The port of Lavrio is also a 10' drive away and offers access by ferry to numerous islands in the Aegean. The picturesque village of Legraina is also a 10' walk from the property and has many local tavernas and shops where you can enjoy great seafood or buy local groceries. To fully enjoy the Athenian riviera, you will need to have a car. The villa is in the village of Legraina which is about a 45' drive from the airport and about 60' from central Athens. It is situated less than a 10' drive from the temple of Poseidon and is surrounded by beautiful beaches, many of which are very quiet and secluded as they are far from the crowded areas of Athens. The village of Legraina (10-15' walk or under 5' drive) has many tavernas, serving good, traditional Greek food. There are also many smaller shops/bakeries where you can do your daily, basic shopping. The port town of Lavrio (about a 15-20' drive) offers connections to many islands and the ability to enjoy great cafes by the marina, more restaurants/tavernas as well as many more shopping opportunities.
