Attractions and nearby amenities Ightham Mote is within walking distance through lavender fields and nearby are Chartwell, Knole, Quebec House, Stoneacre and Emmetts Gardens. There are 2 restaurants or pubs in the surrounding areas, The Plough at Ivyhatch and The Chaser at Shipbourne, both serve very good food and are in close proximity. A short drive away (4.5 miles) is the town of Sevenoaks where you will discover a wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants. Bluewater Shopping Centre is 30 minutes' drive away. For convenience and access, the property is a 10 minute drive to the M25, junction 5 or from the M20, junction 2. Slightly further afield (approximately 1 hour's drive away) travel to the beautiful, historical city of Canterbury where you can visit the famous cathedral, go punting on the river or simply wander through the streets admiring the spectacular architecture.
