Offering a large living area of 80 m2 on the ground floor and a south semi covered terrace on a large flat ground to practice all sports or just relax, it will ideally accommodate your holidays with family and/or friends in a peaceful natural and protected environment. Everything has been designed for a warm and friendly stay : outside : bar and plancha, petanque area, 1200 m2 of flat land. Inside : fitted kitchen open on the living / dining room, high central table, lounge with a fireplace. 4 bedrooms upstairs (3 double beds) + mezzanine with a single bed. 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and one with italian walk in shower). Ponsonnas is located 40 km south of Grenoble and from the nearest TGV train station, in the direction of Gap (Napoleon route), and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Lyon-St-Exupéry airport and 1 hour from Grenoble St-Geoirs airport. The property can accommodate several cars for the car park. You will find two musical instruments (drums and piano) in the living area, at your disposal for the practice music. The instruments are accessible as long as you respect and take care of them.
