Shared Studio (NO PRIVACY) On The Upper East Side
Share studio for DOG LOVERS. Located on the Upper East Side. Q train just around the corner next to Starbucks. There is a grocery store, laundry mat, banks, gym, library, parking garage, and numerous eating places all within walking distance of the apartment. 10 Minutes walk to Central Park. Spacy studio consists of a full size kitchen, 1 bathroom, full size living/bed room. Also include a live in dog. Guests MUST BE PET FRIENDLY. Please note: 1) This is a studio so you will be sharing a room/kitchen/bathroom, etc with me (ZERO PRIVACY). 2) Live in dog is NOT CAGE-and he has the run of the studio so guests must be ok with this-MUST BE PET FRIENDLY 3) Occasionally (very rare) my dog will bark at night when he hears strange noises or others dogs in the building barking and he joins in SO THIS IS FOR ANIMAL FRIENDLY GUESTS ONLY. Communal space is the whole studio. For those who wants to save money while traveling, guests are welcome to make use of anything in kitchen. Keys will be given upon arrival which will give you absolute freedom to come and go. Mostly in the evenings and weekends. Guests will be able to contact me via email/text during their stay if I am not there. There is a grocery store, laundry mat, banks, gym, library, parking garage, and numerous eating places all within walking distance of the studio. It is also close to Central Park. There is a Q line subway station just around the corner next to Starbucks which is next to Chase bank. There is also a #6 train station on 96th Street & Lexington Avenue. There are numerous bus stops around the area as well. You can also get the #4, #5, and #6 train station on 86th Street and Lexington Avenue-a short 10 minutes walk from the studio. Once again I want to stress that there is no PRIVACY and there is a live in dog (super friendly) at the studio. Also, meals ARE NOT provided but you are free to make use of anything in the kitchen.
