A charming Villa of early '900 near Lake of COMO

An apartment at the 2nd floor of a private villa of early '900,in the middle of a park.An unique view from the terrace on Brianza region.The owner takes care to the garden getting flowers for the house and fruits and vegetables for daily consumption A private villa inside of a private and beautiful park. A balcony on the Brianza region and its lakes , near the Lake of Como. A quiet and amazing place to stay The apartment is placed at the 2nd floor of the villa: entrance, 3 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room+ kitchen can house 5 persons ( 2 more double rooms are also available in addition at the first floor ( with a separate price too) MINIMUM Stay : 3 nights Access to the house is possible through a private gate and the villa has a common entrance I'm not always living into the house, but I come frequently from Milano, where i work during the week. In the building is living the porter with his family The house is placed in the old part of the city, called Erba Alta, just at the bottom of the mountains were the air is fresh and the view on the lakes is wonderful. The railway station is not far ( 15 min walk) and Milano can be reached in 50 min. Many other beautiful places can be reached by car: Bellagio, Lake of Como, Bergamo, the Alps, St. Moritz A charmy place, where people can rest under the shadow of the trees reading a book and relax. A cozy apartment, completely renovated in year 2015 with furniture of the early twentieth century The house is perfect for families with children : thay can stay in the garden without danger and play on the grass.
