Situated in the heart of Alta Garrotxa, right in front of a beautiful river - spend your mornings walking through the mountains, afternoons swimming in fresh pools and evenings romantically dining listening to the sounds of nature. Perfectly equipped for your comfort. Welcome to my humble home! For nature lovers who want to spend the days outside and have a cozy place to rest and cook. The speed of the wifi is quite slow and you can find some typical problems of life in the countryside: heat, cold, rain, ants, flies ... etc. I'm sorry but I can not do anything about it. Please bring everything you need during your stay: food, drink, etc. The shopping options in the area are limited so plan beforehand. In Figueres you will find all kinds of supermarkets and markets, so I recommend making your purchase before coming. Please read the description of the ad well and if you do not like what is here, then this accommodation is not for you. Private Apartment: Your apartment is situated on the glound floor of our house. It has fabulous views of the mountains, it´s own fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, wifi and wood burning stove for winter nights. The toilet is small but in perfect condition. Secluded Location: In the heart of a moutain valley, our cottage is in the heart of a tiny Medieval village and overlooks a beautiful fresh water river perfect for nature swimming and walks. Independent Access: Your apartment has it´s own independent access, you will be provided with your own keys and can come and go as you please. Mountain Sports: We are located on the GR-11 route and the "transpirenaica" for mountain biking. There are many walking trails in the local area and even horse riding facilities nearby. ❀✿❀✿❀✿❀✿ IMPORTANT: Please read the following information carefully before booking: We have cats: Please be aware that if you have allergies or do not like cats, this is not the Airbnb for you. Our cats are friendly and well trained, this is their home. If you want to avoid them cuddling up to you, simply close your door/window. Adults are welcome: Maximum capacity is for 3 adults. Children are welcome: Children must be included as guests in your booking (maximum 1 children with 2 adults). Execptions are made for very small babies under 1 year that share a bed with you. Please read our basic “House Rules” before booking. Medieval Village: Our cottage is situated in the heart of a beautifully secluded Medieval Catalan Village, nestled between mountains. The village has a basic shop, bar, Medieval Church with authentic restaurants only a short drive away (we can provide recommendations). You will need a car if you want to move around the area. The village is rather remote so please make sure to bring everything you need for your stay. There is a very small convenience store in the village. By road: motorway AP-7 , exit 3 " Figueres Nord " . Public Transport : Trains to Figueres and bus Sarfa to Albanyà 3 times a day : Albanyà - Figueres : 07: 00h . - 15 : 30h . - 19 : 45h . Figueres - Albanyà : 06 : 15h . - 14 : 45h . - 19 : 00h We are in a very secluded area, please make sure to bring anything you need for you stay. The closest (and last) big supermarket & gas stations are in Figueres.
