Flat in Saronno, 25 min from Milan

Cosy flat in a pedestrian road, 2 minute walk from the station with connections for Milan, Como, Varese, Novara, Rho fiera, Malpensa airport, Lodi. Fully equipped, internet, bike, all shops and facilities at hand. I love calling my house "The house with the tree" because there's a nice adhesive tree on the wall in the sleeping/relax area. We are not in a forest but in a silent and quiet pedestrian road, with passage of authorized cars only. The brightness and disposition of the rooms make the entire flat extremely cosy and warm. The house was renovated in 2012 according to the latest energy-saving rules. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower. We supply all kitchen, bath and bed linen, kitchenware, pots. We speak English, French, Russian, a little Spanish. We can guest up to: 4 people with 2 adults and 2 kids (maximum age 7-8 years) or 3 adults (two persons sharing the double sofa bed and one person in a single-sofa bed). In order to respect the actual rules, we prepare a regular contract to be signed by the owner ad the guest, with no extra charge for the guest. Microwave oven, oven, washing and drying machine, fridge, TV, air-conditioning, no limit internet, security door, domotic system, electric shutters, bike, car-sharing not far from the house. I don't live in Saronno but I can reach you in 15-20 minutes. Saronno is a small village but offers many shops, bars, resturants, supermarkets, cinemas, theatre, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, hospital, bowling, cycle lanes in Parco delle Groane, fairs, botanic markets, etc. Saronno station at 2 minute walk, connection for Milan, Como, Varese, Novara, Rho fiera, Malpensa airport, Lodi.
