The modern apartment has a living/dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Furthermore, there is 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom. Satellite and cable TV are also part of the apartment's equipment. From the 2 available balconies you can enjoy a morning coffee and a beautiful view of the Nals wine landscape. The famous winery Nals-Margreid is only about 500 meters away and can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Various restaurants, cafés and a pharmacy are about 5 minutes away on foot. The nearest supermarket can also be found nearby (approx. 300 metres away). The bus stop can also be reached on foot. The South Tyrolean capital Bozen (Bolzano) with its beautiful old town can be reached in about 20 minutes (16,5 km) by car. The spa town of Merano (Meran), the second largest city in South Tyrol, can also be reached in about 20 minutes by car (21 km). Our guests have one parking space included in the price. On request, they can also rent an additional private garage for 10 € per day. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of 0,85 € per person per night must be paid on site. -
