The house is located in a hamlet 3 km from the heart of the village where you will find all the amenities (bakery, butcher shop, grocery store and a bar/restaurant). The house is suitable for 8 people - 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom - 2 separate toilets - All sleepings are 2m long for comfort. The house has a capacity of 8 people, it includes: - Ground floor: living room / kitchen open to large living room with fireplace. - on the first level, access to the terrace garden of dry stones with 2 bedrooms (one with bed 160x200 and one with 2 beds 90x200) - bathroom - separate toilet, - the second level 1 large bedroom with 2 sleeping spaces and games of 2 beds 90x200 each- bathroom - separate toilet. Cleaning charge: 60 € You will be surrounded by greenery (the back of the house is in the woods, with a swing for children). Many hiking trails start from the village. You can also discover our organic wines in AOC Bugey and our organic grape juice, but also take a walk in the middle of our vineyards overlooking the Rhone and let you see the Isère beautifully. Many medieval villages surround us, as Crémieu or Pérouges but also Morestel known for its city of painters. 10 minutes from the amusement park Walibi Rhône-Alpes, 20 minutes from the leisure center La Vallée Bleue. You will be 1 hour from Lyon, 45 minutes from Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport, 45 minutes from Chambéry, 1 hour from Geneva and only 1h30 from the first ski resorts in the Alps. We will be winegrowers in Organic Agriculture in AOC Bugey. You can discover our wines and organic grape juices, hike directly from the gite. The house is detached, fully fenced on the front with a fencing wall and a gate, you can rejuvenate and relax on the edges of the pool or on the small dry stone terraces on the back of the house, or even in the under wood just above the house. You will be isolated while being in the very quiet little hamlet of the chicken. The house is just a few minutes from the village (3km) where you will find the bakery, the grocery store and the bar restaurant, 10 minutes from the first city (Morestel) where you will have 3 supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, small shops of clothes and decoration, but also organic products and food, many exhibitions.... Every Tuesday, a vegetable walker comes to the village square and on Sunday there is a large market in Morestel. Around the gite you will have a vegetable producer, a jam producer.... You’ll be 5 km from Viarhona. You will be surrounded by greenery (the back of the house is in the woods, with a swing for the children). Many hiking trails start from the village.
