Each room has large windows overlooking a beautiful landscaped patio, yard, creek and woods beyond. Private living, kitchen, bed and bath rooms. For stays longer than one week, owner will arrange a day and time to use the laundry. Owner is always available for questions and suggestions. Owner will also give ideas and suggestions on site seeing, shopping, etc. Beautiful quiet residential neighborhood, and close to shopping, restaurants, metro to downtown Bethesda and Washington, DC. Access to biking, jogging and walking trails in the Beach Drive area in Rock Creek Park. Location is 15 minute walk to Medical Center or Grosvenor - Strathmore Metro, NIH, Walter Reed Hospital. A 20 - 30 minute walk to downtown Bethesda. Bus stops are right at the corner of our street. 1-You have: -Exclusive use of you own fully furnished apartment including -Living room with TV, couch, 2 chairs, end table and coffee table. -Kitchen with all appliances, dish’s, cups, glasses, pots, silverware, etc, everything you need for daily meals. -Bedroom with queen bed with drawers, desk and full size closet. -Bathroom including tub/shower. -Sheets, Pillows, Blankets, Bath and Towels. -Your own private outside entrance. 2-On occasion, the owner will need access to the laundry room and storage on the apartment level. The owner will never access through your apartment with out proper notification. For guest who stay one week or longer, they will have access to the laundry one day per week. 3-Because this is a fully furnished apartment, Guests cannot bring their own furniture, and we ask that they do not rearrange the furniture without asking the owner.
