A beautiful location to comfortably enjoy and discover Tuscany and Umbria! Next to the picturesque village of Cortona and close to Montepulciano, Sienna, Arezzo, Perugia and many other sites. 2 separate bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms, with kitchen, living and dining area downstairs. A great spot to enjoy nature, also suitable for outdoor parties or weddings. Villa 2 Elisabetta has been in Elisabetta's family for many years. Her grandfather bought the property the 1970s when he retired. The house and grounds were one of the jewels of his life. We were married at the Villa a few years ago and decided to convert part of the property into a guesthouse. We want to share this beautiful location with others curious about Tuscany and Umbria, nature and local gastronomy. We live and work in London but come to Italy to take care of the property regularly. Will be more than happy to help out during your stay on best travel arrangements, places to visit or near by restaurants. Can also give advice at activities in the area: cycling, horse riding and other. It is highly advised for you to have a car to be able to visit and enjoy the local area.
