La Villa

This flat is located inside an apartment complex in the heart of the mountain resort La Villa, in Alta Badia, on the third floor with elevator. It is a characteristic property, built according to the typical South Tyrolean design, close to the Sella Ronda ski slopes. The apartment can host up to 7 people and it comprises a comfortable living room with fully-equipped kitchenette and dining area, one double bedroom, one triple bedroom with bunk bed and single bed and two bathrooms. From an independent entrance on the same floor, you access to another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There are also two terraces with a wonderful view over the peaceful mountains. Inside the complex there is also a ski deposit for guests. The area is very quiet and with a short walk you can reach the many convenient stores nearby. In the same complex, on the top floor of this apartment, there is also another flat – La Villa2 - that can host up to 4 people and that can be rented together with this one. This is the most central of the villages in the Alta Badia. For over 10 years La Villa has been the centre of attention following its holding of the Ski World Cup event on the "Gran Risa" slope which makes up part of the classic events on the white circuit. Every year around mid-December the caravan of Alpine skiing arrives in La Villa where an atmosphere of festivity and joy is created for a couple of days, which is typical of an international sporting event.
