Jens – born in Munich/Germany – is Hilton International trained and has a degree in Hotel Management from Heidelberg. He worked in Switzerland, USA and on a cruise liner in South East Asia where he met Kim, the hair dresser onboard the Pearl of Scandinavia. Our twon sons were born in Australia where we worked as live-in managers for Olim.
