We have a nice new home built in 2019 and welcome you to share it with us. Less than a mile from the beautiful Eagle Point Golf Course, an hour from Crater Lake, minutes to all the wineries along the Southern Oregon Wine Trail or take in the the amazing Rouge River for nature, fishing or rafting. Very central location will have you in the heart of many options. Well behaved pets are welcome. There is. $10.00 per day pet fee, per pet and please make sure to read the rules before booking. Your private room is in a new modern home set in a lovely community. You have a full size bed, small workspace TV, microwave, Keurig, and mini fridge located in your room. WiFi, Netflix and parking is also available. Enjoy your room, shared bathroom, the living room, front porch, and with PRIOR APPROVAL use of the pool may be an option. Our pool is a shallow relaxing pool. Absolutely NO DIVING! Our guests safety is our first priority. Please coordinate with us if you would like to use the pool. Thank you! We give our guests space to enjoy themselves and privacy. I am always available to help answer any questions you have. 1 mile from Eagle Point Golf Course, near Medford and an hour from Crater Lake. You will need a car to get around. Pets: $10.00 per day, per pet. We ask that you pick up all pet waste and ensure your pet is clean and well kept. If any extra cleaning is required on carpets, in room, or waste pick up outside, you will be charged additional $100.00 cleaning fee. We take our pets everywhere and want to offer the same so as long as you are responsible with your pet, they are really welcome. It is our goal that this feels like your own home. A few housekeeping things to note: you have a Keurig in your room. Please use this and do not use the Keurig or antique espresso machine that is in the kitchen. Other than that, you are welcome to use any kitchen utilities you see. Please provide your own food and drink. I do not stock food and drink for guest use. You have a couple keurigs in your room to provide a couple cups of coffee to start. If you need to use the fridge, keep your items on one shelf and make sure to take with you what you do not use! The space is used for my family and other guests, so be mindful and please do not take up a large amount of space in the fridge.
