The Rutland Retreat

You will enjoy staying in our completely furnished second floor apartment. It has two bedrooms, one bath, dining room, living room and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment sleeps six. We are 20 minutes from Killington and Pico and 30minutes from Okemo ski areas. Shopping, groceries and dining starts at the end of the street. Only a mile from downtown, you will find the Paramont Theater, Showcase Cinema, dining & quaint shops. Minutes to public transportation and Vermont State Fair grounds. This is a spacious and uncluttered apartment that is tastefully decorated. In the good weather, the front porch is a restful place to enjoy the company of your family and friends. Guests will have access to the entire second floor through a private entrance. there is a washer and dryer for guest use Queen size bed in main bedroom Bunk beds in other bedroom Queen size sofa bed in the living room This is an ideally located property just minutes from Killington and Pico ski areas, and only a 30 minute drive to Okemo ski area. Over the years Killington has become a year round activity destination with zip lines a sky ropes course a jump tower and many other warm weather activities There are miles of snowmobile and cross country trails nearby. Lake Bomoseen; home to fishing , ice fishing, boating, water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming, hunting and scuba diving is only 20 minutes away. There is a trailhead for the Appalachian and Long trails about 20 minutes away. Lots of attractions , shopping and dining nearby or you can just relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of the surroundings. there is on site parking the local bus stop is 1/2 block away the transportation (bus) station is about a 5 minute drive from the property
