Luxury Bluewater Holiday Home in Greenhithe

The Bluewater Holiday Home is a unique four storey townhouse for sleeping large family or group. The house provides safe social distancing for large family or group making the household. The ground floor has a full kitchen with open plan dining and living and ground floor bedroom. The first floor has two bedrooms and bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining and living with patio leading to the garden. The second floor has three bedrooms with two en-suite and third floor our Studio bedroom. The entire house is set over 4 floor and includes 2 full kitchen on the ground and first floor use only. The third floor Studio kitchen is not in use in the house booking. However if you require the use please request so we can include in the booking. Guest enter and leave through the front door and all bedrooms have their own coded locks if needed. The house offer 5 bedrooms for 10 guest and opens up fully to 7 bedrooms for 14 plus guest or guest wanting 7 bedrooms. Please place your correct number of guest that will be staying so the actual cost is provided. If 7 bedrooms are required you should select 14 people. Guests are greeted and left to enjoy their stay. We can offer towels, and can provide a hair dryers to assist guest on request. We supply start up pack of toilet paper, liquid hand soap and multi surface detergent . The development is quiet, safe and fairly lit for walking late. There are three parks within the development. Parking can be an issue at time with immediate neighbours but we have parking outside the property depending on size of vehicle and there are no parking restriction to park on the road directly near the property A car is not essential but makes moving around easy. The Waterstone Park development is still fairly new and like everywhere parking can be difficult even though the property has parking. There are no restriction to parking other than to not park outside someone home which maybe private property. Needless to say there is ample parking on first to come and the adjoining roads, are short distance. The property is 4 storey so unless you are able body the stair can be a task, so if you are a large family or group with elderly you can plan or ask us to assist you. Our ground floor is the same level from the road, so wheel chair will not have hurdles to pass over, and those with difficulties for stair we have sleeping and bathroom on the ground floor, and all is dependent on the level of disability.
