Space has been thoroughly cleaned & sanitized. Your room is upstairs. Pet friendly home. I have 2 dogs & 2 cats. I offer extended stay discounts . You may also bring a guest for an additional daily $10 guest fee. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the room at any given time. No laundry. Close to Universities . Please help yourself to tea/coffee. You may use the dining room, living room & kitchen. I have other guests staying in the home. Please be aware I have 4 pets in the home- 2 dogs&2 cats. There is one room avail with private bathroom with additional fee, if interested message me. If you don’t have reviews send us a message with relevant information regarding your visit. No deliveries/mail. No laundry. Lock box has house key for entry. Please remove the sheets from the bed & remove the trash from the room. Guests have access to upstairs of the house only. Shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. No laundry. Please do not go downstairs - this is my private living space. If the driveway is full, you may park on the street. I am living in the home but I do work long hours. I am always available by text. House is close to Tallmadge City Center, Circle , Summit County Fairgrounds, Howe Rd, Tallmadge Town Center, university of Akron, Kent State University, Akron General Hospital and Akron City Hospital. A car is needed, or Lift/Uber Close to University of Akron & Kent State University. I have 2 dogs & 2 cats. if you prefer not to meet the dogs please let me know. The Doberman Pinscher is 2 years old &has puppy tendencies. I apologize in advance if he jumps up on you - we are working on breaking this bad habit. Thank you ! The house can get a little noisy with dogs barking at random times ( I apologize in advance)! Additional people on the property are $10 per person regardless if they spend the night.
