The lower level has a private deck, kitchen, 3/4 bath, queen Murphy bed and full sofa bed. This cottage boasts a private boat dock shared only with the property owners. Miles of trails that lead to and around Cook Park which offers 79 acres of outdoor area - the areas largest park! You are no more than a 5-20 min drive, or Uber ride to the bustling Bridgeport Village shopping center, Downtown Portland, Downtown Lake Oswego, or many of the areas finest local vineyards in Yamhill County. You will have access to the entire property which includes 1.4 acres of waterfront. Peaceful and private. Staying here is like staying at a resort! The owners of the property are close by should you need advice or tips for maximizing the surrounding areas! We have put together booklets and maps with additional information for you as well! The Neighborhood is nestled in a private road. You will have your own drive way for parking and access to the entire property. Very quite and private!
