My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, public transport, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because it is a home with a fully equipped kitchen, stylish baths, comfortable bedrooms and a location that is minutes walk from both the train station and the beach. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The kitchen has pale grey cabinets, charcoal backslash and red travertine counters. It includes dishwasher, large refrigerator and a five burner cook top with full oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality cookware, baking pans, mixing bowls, dishes, wine glasses and spices. There is both a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The baths have custom tile, glass mosaic inserts and spa showers. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans. Each bedroom sleeps 2. The master bedroom has a double bed the other bedrooms have two single beds that can be made into doubles. There are two terraces, one has an herb garden available to guests. There is a smart TV, stereo with docking station and WiFi. The dining area comfortably seats 6. The living room has a sofa, the red chair and a coffee table. This is my home that I rent out when I am not able to be there, it is not just a rental unit. You have access to a full three bedroom apartment. You will receive two sets of keys including the key to the beach gate. You will always be able to contact the local manager for advice, questions or concerns. Sapri is the jewel of the Gulf of Policastro. It is easy to get to by car or train. Sapri is a stop on the express trains from Rome (3.25 hours) and Naples (2 hours). The apartment was fully renovated in 2016. The beach is less than 50 meters away. You can hear the waves at night and smell the sea. Great restaurants are near as are coffee bars. The train station is about a 10 minute walk but there is a parking space reserved in the building parking lot for the apartment. The bus to Rome's airport is 100 meters from the apartment. Sapri has a car rental if you want to drive, although the public transit system gets you just about everywhere you can want to go. Paestum is a short train ride away.
