Easy access to I-30 and Hwy 59, and for medical personnel we’re a 4 minute drive to Christus St Michael Hospital, 10 min to Wadley. Kitchenette has all the latest gadgets; Glass induction stovetop, Keurig (coffee is supplied) Ninja Oven/Air Fryer, InstantPot, Ninja Smoothie maker, as well as microwave, toaster, and all kitchenware, pots and pans. There’s a roomy walk-in closet, and in the bathroom plenty of counter space and a separate tub/toilet room. New in January 2022: A separate H/A system and controls; you will not share air with the rest of the house.
