This charming four acre, mid-1700’s farmhouse property has an attached 2 bedroom guest suite with a private entrance, a full kitchen and quaint front porch. Enjoy the outdoors including the animals and gardens on our farm or have access to nearby attractions. Located just 15 minutes from Doylestown, 45 minutes from downtown Philadelphia, and 2 hours from New York, with easy access to Philadelphia regional rail train. Family friendly! Maximum 4 guests, not available for parties. Private entrance with both front and back porches. First floor has a full kitchen, Keurig coffeemaker, and library nook. Living room with TV (no cable). Upstairs find a main bedroom with queen bed and cozy reading corner. Second bedroom with full-size bed. Bathroom upstairs with walk-in shower (no bathtub). Towels and linens provided. Decorated in historic, rustic farmhouse style. Make yourself at home exploring our beautiful hobby farm! Meet our friendly goats, chickens, and sheep and walk the large vegetable garden and flower beds. Outdoor picnic tables provided. We live on site in the larger part of the farmhouse and are available to interact as much or as little as you choose and can reply promptly to questions or issues. We would love to meet you if you are interested, but your private keypad entrance and self check-in allow you complete privacy if that is your preference. If interested, we can give you a tour of the vegetable garden and introduce you to our chickens, goats and sheep. We are happy to provide recommendations for restaurants as well as things to do or places to visit. Just let us know what you may need and we will do our best to accommodate you. Located in central Bucks County. Bring bikes and ride at nearby Peace Valley Park. Local attractions include Byer's Choice, Delaware Valley University, and historic Doylestown.
