If the Region that the booking person is from has gone into Government forced Covid lockdown preventing the booking guest from physically travelling to our Region, they will be offered the opportunity to move dates or be refunded in full. Please note: We do not refund for cancelled events due to Covid, standard cancellation policies apply. PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state which includes removing all sheets and pillowcases from beds and placing them in the bathroom and making sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure. All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash. OTHER DETAILS The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
