Modern Farmhouse

My place is a modern farmhouse! You will have your own private room with a private bathroom. You will have an entire closet to store your luggage/personal items. There is also a safe in the closet for your valuables. My home is a 5 minute walk to the Long Island Railroad and only a 40 minute train ride to Manhattan! There is parking available in front of my home. You will have your own TV (Hulu) to watch shows. You are welcome to use the common areas as well. Please look over my house rules! The house has a smart lock which you will have access to for your stay for easy check in and checkout. I will also be available for any issues that may arise at any time. There is always a variety of coffee/teas available on the coffee cart next to the kitchen. (Common area for guests) Feel free to store what you need in the fridge/freezer. Any other special requests will be considered. I hope to share my happy home with you! You will have your own private room and bathroom. You will have access to the common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room). Guests are allowed to use the laundry room during their stay. Feel free to store things in the fridge/freezer. Guests can also use the microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. Please do not leave any appliances unattended. I do not allow use of the oven/stove top. Special requests will be considered if you reach out to me. I will be home most of the time if needed, but you can also reach me by cell phone with any questions during your stay. My neighborhood is close to the water and the train! Easy access to the city, as well as a few great on the water dining spots! My favorites are the Lazy Lobster and Peter's Clam Bar! They are both just a 5 minute uber lift from the house! The train is a 5 minute walk from the house! The neighborhood is very safe for walking/running. :) Please look over my house rules!
